Jessy Lindsay is a queer, bilingual indie-pop songstress. Her use of catchy, jazz-infused melodies and honest lyrics will rope you into her world. From struggling addict to championing the underdog, Jake DeMarsh has a story to tell. After getting clean in 2019, he's the epitome of a reverse rockstar, out to make a name for himself. Incorporating different styles into his sound using hints of blues, jazz, rock and pop to cultivate a contemporary style that's truly his own. Taking influence from bands like The Glorious Sons, Kings of Leon, Lenny Kravitz. His Spotify artist Gofundme link https://www.gofundme.com/f/exaddict-turned-hope-advocate has already raised $1,300 for local charity Ashes to Rubies that works with recovering addicts in the city of Ottawa, Canada.

zeelle:

zeelle has been a rising force in local music since moving to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Her upbeat pop-rock sound paired with intricate deep-cutting lyrics create a false sense of security and hope before you really listen to the heartbreaks she recounts. Inspired by artists such as Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, girl in red, Hayley Williams and Billie Eilish, zeelle will make you dance, cry, sing and ache while loving every second.

Grey Brisson:
https://linktr.ee/grey.brisson
Grey Brisson is a 19 year old award-winning, multi-instrumentalist, and genre bending recording artist born in Montreal, Canada. Influenced by: dijon, Radiohead, blood orange, The 1975 and the Scott Pilgrim soundtrack (!), Grey infuses their music with multiple genres such as: R&B, Rock and ambience. They went on to open for notable artists like: Sting, Christophe Mae, Emeli Sandé, Aly & AJ, Justin Nozuka, Marco Mengoni and Alexander Stewart. Grey’s debut EP titled: ‘NOBODY !’ was released afterwards. Now residing in Ottawa, Canada, Grey is solidly taking their place in the music scene and has gone on to win Solo Artist of The Year at the Capital Music Awards.

Abijah:
https://abijah.bandcamp.com/album/beyond-me
Ottawa-based singer-songwriter Abijah incorporates unique aesthetics into a classic indie folk sound, placing existential questions about the complexities of being against a dreamy “bedroom folk” backdrop. With a mix of acoustic warmth, analog rawness, and digital textures, their songs live in a sonic world that defies genre and pulls the listener simultaneously inwards and outwards.

Cyrus R.O.:
https://valvehead.bandcamp.com/
Cyrus R.O. is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter currently based in Ottawa, hailing from Cape Breton. Songwriter and producer of their own alt rock project Valvehead and bassist of funk-fusion trio Finely Tuned Elephant, R.O.'s often eccentric take on alt rock draws inspiration from the melodic fuzz-laden angst of shoegaze and the intricate freneticism of bands like the mars volta and tricot, while retaining a rich harmonic sensibility and an improvisational flair hinting at their jazz-influenced roots. Lyrically, R.O.'s writing is wistful and impressionistic, introspectively exploring themes such as nostalgia, isolation, addiction, and their own relationship to the creative process.
