Scan Tickets
Step 1
Be sure you are logged in to your partner dashboard, if not log in here: www.revelree.ca/login
Step 2
In the menu on the left side of your dashboard, click the Scan Tickets link.
Step 3
On this page, you will see all of your upcoming active events as well as a reminder that if you have not downloaded the app onto your device(s) to do that from either play store (Apple or Google)
Find the event that you wish to scan your tickets to and you can choose one of two options to set up scanning [Screenshot]
Handheld Scanner
-
If you already have a QR code/Barcode Bluetooth scanner choose this option. You will have to connect the scanner to your computer via Bluetooth so please refer to your scanners user manual for connecting instructions.
Revelree tries to stay updated with Bluetooth technology but sometimes we can’t support every model. We recommend using scanners that are able to be connected via Bluetooth
Once the device is connected you will be able to use your computer as the scanning interface.
Setup Mobile Device
-
On this page, you will see your event name, date, and time as well as a pretty big QR Code. This QR Code is unique to this event and only this event. To set up your mobile device, simply scan this QR Code with the Revelree Access Control app and verify that the event details on the app are correct.
-
Alternatively, since we live in a mobile-first world, if you are using your phone/tablet to set up the device for scanning, tap on the “Is the Revelree Access Control App installed on this device? Click here” link to open the Revelree Access Control app on that device.
Step 4
Once you have the device set up and would like to know how many tickets have been scanned or how many remain, click on the Scanning Summary button at the top of the Setup Mobile Device page or from the Scan Tickets page.Reactivate Scanned Tickets
For multi-day events you want to make sure that your attendee’s tickets are valid for every day that they are attending your event. Revelree makes it easy to reactivate scanned tickets for the tiers that need to be reactivated.
To reactivate a tier, go into your Event Overview and click the Tickets link in the Edit Controls or in the Tickets Section. Once on the Tickets page, in the dropdown menu in the Transactions Numbers section select your tier that you want to Reactivate. Once the tier is selected a Reactivate All Scanned Tickets button will appear and when you click on the button you will be asked to confirm that you wish to reactivate the tickets.
Alternatively, you have the ability to go into each individual transaction and reactivate the tickets there as well.
